tp999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, One Clear Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the tp999 website at tp999.io, including all games, betting markets, account features, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tp999 platform in any capacity.
• "tp999" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the tp999 platform and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the tp999 registration process.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a player's tp999 account, excluding any bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free-spin value, or matched-deposit amounts credited to a player's account as part of a tp999 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all tp999 transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity-verification process that tp999 may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time at tp999's discretion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the tp999 platform, clicking the registration confirmation checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments published on this page.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document.
• You are accessing the tp999 platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with tp999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between tp999 and the player.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the tp999 platform. tp999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be held by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds including deposits and any winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one tp999 account. A single individual may not open multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment method details, IP addresses, or device identifiers. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tp999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering a tp999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly whenever your personal details change.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tp999 reserves the right to request identity-verification documents from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a government-issued national ID card, passport, utility bill, or mobile wallet statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tp999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tp999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tp999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify tp999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your tp999 account at any time by contacting the support team via email at [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered BDT payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the deduction of any outstanding charges. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination by tp999

tp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC; or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms & Conditions breach, tp999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tp999 may, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address on file, apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

tp999 currently supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank are also accepted for transactions above ৳10,000. tp999 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. tp999 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including for KYC or fraud-prevention purposes.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's registered BDT payment method. Withdrawals are typically credited within one business hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. tp999 does not charge platform-side processing fees on withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. tp999 will only process withdrawals to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. tp999 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated tp999 account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives offered by tp999 are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are to be read in conjunction with these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tp999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-abuse behaviours include but are not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies (such as hedging or arbitrage) designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, tp999 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the account.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific welcome bonus terms in force at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only, is limited to one bonus per person, and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the tp999 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. tp999 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets placed on tp999 are settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules. In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or other error during a game round or sporting event, tp999 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account balance. tp999's decision regarding bet settlement is final.

7.3 Erroneous Odds or Pricing

Where a betting market or game has been offered at clearly erroneous odds or pricing as a result of a human error, technical fault, or data feed error, tp999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous prices. Players who knowingly place bets at obviously incorrect odds may have their accounts reviewed and restricted.

7.4 Cricket Sportsbook

Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets on the tp999 platform, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal by the relevant governing body (BPL, ICC, or BCB), tp999 will settle affected markets in accordance with the published cricket-specific settlement rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tp999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sporting event results.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that generates profit not intended by the normal operation of the game.
• Using the tp999 platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software on the tp999 platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive communication with tp999 staff or other players.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the tp999 platform by any person under the age of 21.

9 Responsible Gaming

tp999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all adult players. tp999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total BDT amount that may be deposited into their account. Limits take effect immediately and may only be decreased instantly; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming difficult to control may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tp999 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trade marks, text, images, audio, video, database structures, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of tp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tp999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tp999 platform without the express prior written consent of tp999. Unauthorised use of tp999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tp999 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the tp999 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or loss resulting from unauthorised account access.

tp999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tp999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. tp999 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of circumstances beyond tp999's reasonable control.

12 Privacy & Data

tp999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and available at tp999.io/privacy-policy. By using the tp999 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tp999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect player data. tp999 will not sell, rent, or share player personal data with third parties except where required by applicable law, necessary for the provision of platform services (such as payment processing), or with the player's explicit consent.

13 Amendments

tp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, tp999 will provide advance notice by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date, and by sending a notification to the registered email address on file for active accounts.

Your continued use of the tp999 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.2.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tp999 platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit tp999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of tp999's intellectual property rights or platform security.
